- (a) Shall provide to the requesting State Party copies of government Records, documents or information in its possession that under its domestic law are available to the general public;

- (b) "Certificate" means a data message or other Record confirming the link between a signatory and signature creation data;
(أ) "توقيع إلكتروني" يعني بيانات في شكل إلكتروني مدرجة في رسالة
بيانات، أو مضافة إليها أو مرتبطة بها منطقيا، يجوز أن تُستخدم لتعيين هوية
الموقّع بالنسبة إلى رسالة البيانات، ولبيان موافقة الموقّع على المعلومات
الواردة في رسالة البيانات؛
